Common questions about plans and billing
Can I start with Free and upgrade later?
Yes! Start with our Free tier and upgrade anytime. All your scenarios and data migrate seamlessly. No lock-in.
What happens if I exceed my simulation quota?
You can either wait until next month, upgrade your plan, or purchase additional runs at $0.10 each. No simulations are ever blocked—we just bill overages.
Do you offer academic discounts?
Yes! Academic institutions get 40% off Professional and 30% off Enterprise. Contact sales@globalscenarios.io with your .edu email.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual plans get 2 months free (equivalent to 17% discount). Switch to annual billing in your account settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfer (US only), and wire transfer for Enterprise customers.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for Free and Professional. Enterprise may include one-time onboarding fee depending on customization needs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, cancel anytime. Professional and Enterprise plans are prorated if you cancel mid-month.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Professional tier. If you're not satisfied within 30 days, we'll refund your first month.
What about data retention after cancellation?
Your scenarios remain accessible for 90 days after cancellation in read-only mode. Export your data before then. We permanently delete after 90 days.
Can I use Global Scenarios for commercial projects?
Yes, all plans allow commercial use. Enterprise tier required for white-label/resale scenarios.
